- All items sold are non-refundable.
- Exchange of items are solely under the discretion of the ShopAfterDark management and must be made known to us within 3 days upon arrival of items. The items must be new with the tags intact and all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Items are almost identical to the photos and slight difference in color hues due to monitor resolutions shall be tolerated.
- Customers must allow 2.5cm of tolerance to measurements due to different methods of measurement.
- We will not be responsible for any wear and tear incurred on the item due to their course of daily usage.
- All items will be posted using Australia Post Express unless stated otherwise. Customers who wish to utilize different postal companies must inform us in the order.
- We will not be responsible for any damage or loss of parcel incurred during the shipping of the items.
- We will not be held responsible for late delivery of items on Australia Post's side.
